We help brands create their marketing and storytelling content by shooting smaller scale creative productions at reasonable prices without an internal lift from the brand.

We handle all of the details, from creative planning, shot lists, pre-production, and post-production so our clients can just sit back and approve the steps along the way. Capture 15-20 products/looks in a day with multiple asset types, À la Carte.

Our process for À la Carte content is about 4 weeks from kick-off to asset delivery and our pricing is fully inclusive of all services.

TIMEFRAME: 2 WEEKS

PLAN & PREP

Whether you come to us with a creative idea to expand on, or no creative plan at all, we bring your brand’s story to life with exceptional creative and production.

  • Let's get to know each other. You tell us about what you want to create, and we'll tell you about our capabilities and process. Book a call here >

  • 2-3 days after our call, we'll send you an estimate for your project based on the scope we've discussed along with a plan on how to capture everything you need.

  • In the first week of pre-production, you fill out an onboarding survey where we gather all of the details we need to execute your shoot in one place. This includes product information, image ratios, video specs, filenames, and any creative ideation you have so far.

  • Once the Proposal + Estimate is approved, we will send over our contract to sign. Signing the contract and paying a 50% deposit of the total shoot cost up front books your shoot date and kicks off pre-production. We accept payment via ACH transfer or credit card with our payment processing system.

  • After we receive your onboarding survey, we put together a creative brief for you to review. This will flesh out all of the creative ideas you've given us into shoot direction including talent, sets, propping, lighting, pose direction, hair and makeup, casting and styling direction.

  • As we build out the creative deck and casting brief, we will also build out a product + look database to hold your shotlist and keep everything organized. You can review this product database and add and edit your asset needs for each product during pre-production leading up to the style out.

  • Pack & ship or messenger your product to us to organize for the style out and the shoot. We can also come to you if you have a showroom or office space!

TIMEFRAME: 1-5 DAYS

CREATE

We bring the team together and create a pixel perfect plan to capture content you need, efficiently and beautifully. 

  • We typically work on a 8-10 hour shoot day for our supplemental content, capturing two types of content- on-figure and still life photography, or on-figure photography and video. We handle everything from pre-production to managing all the details on set. Clients don't typically need to come to set for supplemental content, but are always welcome.

TIMEFRAME: 1 WEEK

RETOUCH + EDIT

We manage the post-production process to keep things streamlined and easy for you. With a mapped out schedule, and simple, no-login-required software, sending feedback and perfecting the final assets is simplified.

  • 1-2 days after your shoot, we will present a group of selects for all photography. We run all of our approvals, comments, and edits through a super simple software you don't need to log in to. Choose your final images and we will start retouching.

  • We work with a team of expert retouchers to perfect each and every image. From background extensions to wrinkle clean up to product color, we manage initial notes and hand-off to the retouchers and include 2 rounds of comments in our process. Anyone on your team can leave comments and annotations in our post-production software with just the link (no logins needed!).

  • We work with the best editors to bring your video vision to life. We offer 2 rounds of video edits, managed through our simple post-production software where anyone on your team can leave comments and annotations without needing to login.

  • Final assets are delivered via Wetransfer. We deliver multiple crops, file sizes and resolutions depending on your needs for both photo and video, all included in our pricing.
